Terms of service

Please read this carefully

general

  • I have the right to decline your commission.

  • First come, first serve.

  • I have the right to post artworks on social media and stream it (unless requested for a certain date of posting)

  • Commissioned works are strictly for personal use.

  • The work is not to be printed and be sold without proper discussion with me, the artist.

  • DO NOT redraw over the art work.

  • DO NOT remove any signature/watermark

  • Please do not forget to credit when you use or post the art :)

Payment

  • Invoice will be requested once discussion of commission.

  • Full payment usually is requested upfront.

  • Payment through V-Gen only (USD).

  • You may request a refund as long as we have proper discussion about matters, however if the work is more than 50% done, no refunds will be granted.

Process

  • A sketch will be given and will be asked for approval.

  • Major changes can only be implemented in the sketch stage of commission.

  • Once Sketch has been approved, line art and coloring will be started.

  • Finished Artwork will be sent either through email or discord.

  • Major change request after sketch phase will require additional payment

  • Completion of artwork may take from weeks to a month of process due to artist's irl schedule and priorities.
